How we work
We hire slowly and keep the team tight. Everyone here talks to operators, ships real work, and cares about getting the law right in plain Australian English. No busywork, no theatre, no contracts nobody reads.
We build for transport businesses, not lawyers. If it does not save a real operator time or money, we do not ship it.
Every draft and review has to stand up to scrutiny. We hold ourselves to the same bar we sell.
Few people, real ownership, fast decisions. You will see your work in front of customers in days, not quarters.
